Awful. This book can be summed up in one sentence. If you don't have good credit, use owner financing. The End. The author lost me when he said that 100,000 minus 15,000 equals 75,000.

Words can't describe how short this book is. I would suggest that the information has likely been copied and pasted but if that was correct, the mathematic equations would at least be correct which they are not, they haven't even been calculated properly! It contains no genius theories of how to buy a house with bad credit and simply advises owner financing, no ground breaking findings here.
