So close...

This book had me engaged until the end. However, the end was vague and questionable. There's no indication that this is the first book in a series so I'm frustrated. There's another suspense author who loves to write brilliantly until the last few pages and then quickly wrap everything up in the last chapter, leaving the reader wondering what really happened. To me, it feels like the authors met his/her quota for words or pages, and then spent the last couple of pages just trying to get this book to press.
So in summary, this is a fun book but don't expect to know what actually happens at the end.

Big Brother and the Beautiful Mind collide!

The book started a little slow for me, but just picked up pace all the way through. Enjoyed reading it and found it harder to put down the farther I got into it. The medical side of it was well researched, but not tedious. It would seem that the relationship with the brother was personal, gave me a bit of a perspective. My wife teaches community nursing and works often with young men (mostly) who live on the streets of downtown area, who don't have the family support. I could relate to stories she has told me. Well done!

This was a great book,but I'm not sure what the last conversation was about. It was a good but the ending left me with a lot of questions.
